I graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. This lead me to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where I graduated in 2017. I also received my certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.

When it comes to health & fitness I am Jack of all trades and master of none because I’m curious about everything health and fitness related. I dabble in strength training, teach group fitness & yoga classes. I am frequently running after my two dogs Hamlet & Daisy.
